Silver Knights Enrichment Camps

Two-week sessions
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–3:30 pm

Since 2006, we've taught 100,000 kids to play chess, code, and build robots after school and at camp. We also teach chess online! Our chess students have won 50+ state champions and national champions, but most are new beginners. We'd love to teach your children next! Headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, we are a small, family-owned business.

  • Silver Knights Enrichment: Chess & Lego Robotics Camp–Bot Vs. Bot (Entering Grades 2–6)

    Entering Grades 2–6
    July 6–16 (No camp on Monday, July 5)
    $900 per two-week session
     
    Half chess, half LEGO robotics, all awesome! We've taught 100,000+ children off all levels from absolute beginners to national champions! Chess lessons and practice games will be done throughout camp, and students will also take the WeDo 2.0 LEGO robot challenge! Build and program sumo wrestling bots, bots that play ball, and bots that compete in a demolition derby! All campers receive a t-shirt and chess set. All equipment provided.

  • Silver Knights Enrichment: Chess & Lego Robotics Camp–Extreme Machines

    Entering Grades 2–6
    July 19–30
    $900 per two-week session
     
    Half chess, half LEGO robotics, all awesome! We've taught 100,000+ children off all levels from absolute beginners to national champions! Chess lessons and practice games will be done throughout camp, and students will also make and program robots that get the job done! Build over-the-top vehicles and real-world engineering marvels! All campers receive a t-shirt and chess set. All equipment provided.

  • Silver Knights Enrichment: Chess (Entering Grades 2–6)

    June 21–July 2
    $850 per two-week session

    Play and learn chess with Silver Knights! We've taught 100,000+ children off all levels from absolute beginners to national champions! Chess lessons and practice games will be done throughout the day, along with breaks for fresh air. All campers receive a t-shirt and chess set. All equipment provided.

  • Silver Knights Enrichment: Intro to Game Design–Arcade Action (Entering Grades 2–6)

    July 19–30
    $950 per two-week session
     
    Learn to program your own take on classic arcade games like Pong, Tanks, and Snake in Scratch! Silver Knights provides a laptop for every child to use while at camp. At the end of the camp, each child receives a t-shirt and a USB flash drive with the programs they’ve made. No experience required. Game on!

  • Silver Knights Enrichment: Intro to Game Design–Mazes and Monsters (Entering Grades 2–6)

    July 6–16 (No camp on Monday, July 5)
    $950 per two-week session
     
    Learn to program your own maze games, platformers, and side scrolling games in Scratch! Silver Knights provides a laptop for every child to use while at camp. At the end of the camp, each child receives a t-shirt and a USB flash drive with the programs they’ve made. No experience required. Level up!

  • Silver Knights Enrichment: LEGO Robotics–Wild Safari (Entering Grades 2–6)

    June 21–July 2
    $950 per two-week session
     
    Explore the animal kingdom in this WeDo 2.0 LEGO robotics camp where you will build and code swinging monkeys, fierce silverback gorillas, cute koalas, and more robots that climb, move, bite and roll! At the end of the camp, campers receive a t-shirt.
